Your hours may be longer during rush days.
Please note that you may cover the morning shift as and when required.

JOB OVERVIEW
As a Retail Sales Associate at Lengliim LLP, your role is to provide an enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
You will have the opportunity to engage with customers, online and offline.
Your primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, handling invoices and customer payments, and contributing to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of our store.

We will have a one-month probation period to get to know each other and see if we can work together.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with Customers:
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, whether they walk through our store doors, via WhatsApp or phone calls.
Your friendly and professional demeanour will ensure that each customer feels welcomed and valued.
You will provide product information, make recommendations, and assist in addressing their needs and inquiries.
Handle Invoices and Customer Payments:
Your role includes processing invoices accurately and efficiently.
You will handle customer payments, including cash, credit cards, and electronic transactions while adhering to our cash-handling policies.
Your attention to detail and accuracy will be essential in this aspect of the job.
Store Maintenance:
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our store is vital to creating an appealing shopping environment. You will play a role in store maintenance, which includes tasks such as cleaning, arranging products, and ensuring visual standards are met. Your contributions to the tidiness and presentation of our store will enhance the overall customer experience.
Continuously Improving Product Knowledge:
To better serve our customers, you will be expected to stay informed about our product offerings.
Regular training and updates will be provided to ensure you have in-depth knowledge of our furniture, appliances, and innovative solutions.
This continuous improvement will enable you to provide expert guidance to our customers.
Inform Customers About Innovative Solutions:

TASKS

Customer Interaction:

  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
  • Provide product information, features, and benefits to customers.
  • Listen to and understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Offer recommendations and suggestions based on customer requirements.
  • Answer customer inquiries in person or over the phone.
  • Assist with product selection and guide customers through their purchase decisions.
  • Handle customer complaints, concerns, and returns professionally.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude during customer interactions.

Sales and Product Knowledge

  • Stay informed about the latest product offerings, features, and pricing.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge through training and self-learning.
  • Keep updated on current sales promotions and special offers.

Cash Handling and Transactions:

  • Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, debit/credit cards, and electronic payments.
  • Ensure a balanced cash register at the end of each shift.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for all transactions.
  • Adhere to all cash handling and loss prevention policies.

Store Maintenance:

  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Rearranged products to their default display after the customer leaves the store.
  • Arrange and display products to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Communicate with the Manager regarding any rejects/repairs required for products on display. 
  • Communicate with the Manager regarding stock replenishment.
  • Assist in setting up in-store displays and promotions.
  • Ensure that visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Keep the store tidy and free from safety hazards.
  • Contribute to overall store cleanliness and maintenance.

Informing Customers About Innovations:

  • Stay informed about the constantly updated innovative solutions at Lengliim LLP.
  • Actively inform customers about the latest products, technologies, and innovative features.
  • Explain how these innovations can benefit the customers’ lives.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with fellow associates – both sales and service.
  • Communicate with the team to address customer needs and provide backup support.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues.

Compliance and Training:

  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, safety, and security.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Attend staff meetings and training programs as required.

SALARY STRUCTURE

At Lengliim, the harder you work, the better you perform, the higher your pay is.
Actual Pay is calculated based on the employee’s total working hours (as per biometric attendance) and sales performance (Commissions).
