
Marketing Intern (Part-Time, Flexible Shift)

Please Note: This is a part-time, one-month internship commitment to start. It is extendable based on our needs and your performance, with a clear possibility of converting to a long-term contract or full-time job if your work is satisfactory.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Creating simple, engaging weekly posts (graphics, short-form text, etc.) for social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.).
- Media Enhancement: Improving and editing the present image and video content for higher visual quality and brand consistency.
- Campaign Support: Assisting in the research, drafting, and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products or initiatives.
- Trend & Competitor Analysis: Researching successful strategies from other brands (especially brands like Godrej Interio/IKEA, etc, as inspiration) to identify emerging trends and best practices.
- Asset Preparation: Organising and preparing assets needed for full-scale Marketing Campaigns (MC) once they are drafted.
- Performance Monitoring: Assisting with tracking basic metrics to see which content performs best.
Qualifications – Required
- A strong passion for social media and digital content creation.
- Basic proficiency in content creation/editing tools (e.g., Canva, mobile/PC photo/video editing apps).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, stick to schedule, proactive, and able to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to participate and contribute in hands-on field work.

Qualifications – Preferred/Optional
- Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience with advanced tools like Adobe Photoshop and DaVinci Resolve is beneficial, but not required.
- Experience managing a public-facing social media account (personal or professional).
- Familiarity with marketing analytics (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Suite).

Potential for Conversion: If your performance is satisfactory during the initial one-month period and Lengliim has the business requirement, you will be offered a formal long-term contract or full-time role. This new offer will include a salary that reflects your new full-time status and the experience you have gained with us.
Professional Documentation: Regardless of a conversion, we ensure you leave with tangible assets. You will receive a formal Completion Certificate to recognise your service, and you will have generated a strong, verified portfolio of published work (subject to copyright), helping you secure future opportunities. We prioritise maintaining a positive relationship for future referrals.
