  4. Enter your Service ID.
  5. Enter your Registered Mobile Number.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Click Filter.

Lengliim LLP – Service, Maintenance, Installation, and Repairs Policy:

  • Service Request Eligibility:
      • We provide service, maintenance, installation, and repair services for products purchased directly from Lengliim.
      • We do not accept service requests for products not purchased from Lengliim.
  • Charges:
      • Refer to the Charges Table below.
  • Coverage:
      • Our service coverage includes maintenance, installation, and repairs for eligible products within the warranty period and, if applicable, extended warranty periods.
    • Service Procedures:
      • Customers can initiate service requests by contacting our customer service team at 8794576226 or through the store/branch number(s) – 8798950650.
      • For products under warranty, service requests will be processed according to the terms and conditions of the warranty.
  • Out-of-Warranty Service:
      • If the product is out of warranty, customers will be provided with information on service charges, if applicable, before any service work begins.
  • Installation Services:
      • Installation services are available for certain products purchased from Lengliim. Customers should inquire about installation options during the purchase process.
    • Repairs:
      • Our skilled technicians will handle repair services for eligible products. Repair costs will be communicated to the customer before any repair work commences.
  • Service Exclusions:
      • We do not provide service for products not purchased directly from Lengliim.
      • Service requests for products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repair attempts will not be covered (charges will be applicable).
  • Service Scheduling:
      • Service appointments will be scheduled based on the availability of our service team and the nature of the service required.
  • Documentation:
      • Customers will receive documentation detailing the service provided, including any repairs conducted and associated costs.
  • Customer Responsibilities:
      • Customers are responsible for providing accurate product information and ensuring that the product is accessible to our service team during the scheduled service appointment.
  • Refusal of Service:
    • Lengliim LLP reserves the right to refuse service if the product is ineligible, if the service request violates the terms of this policy, or if the service team encounters unsafe conditions during the visit.

Old/Replaced Parts

If any part(s) of your product requires replacement, upon completion of the service, we will retrieve the replaced part(s) and securely store them in our warehouse. This ensures that we have a record for future reference and facilitates prompt submission to the manufacturer if such documentation is requested at any time.

After the completion of your service request, we will reach out to you within 2-4 business days to confirm the success of our repair and ensure your satisfaction. If the issue persists or you are not fully satisfied, please let us know during our follow-up call, and we will reopen your service request to address any remaining concerns promptly.
