Lengliim LLP – Seatings Open Box Delivery Policy
(Seatings OBD)
Policy Duration:
From 10/05/2024 to 31/05/2024, we’re offering free delivery on all possible models – that is all non-plastic seatings except for DF-14, DC-220A, DC-323, DF-173, DF-131, DF-143, and DF-162.
Delivery Type:
Open Box Delivery, allowing customers to inspect the items upon delivery.
Return and Replacement Policy:
Customers can request returns and replacements on the same day if they have issues. If they’re satisfied, returns and replacements will not be possible afterwards. To prevent misuse, if the customer is not satisfied with the material, it must be brought back and not left with the customer.
Mismatch between Showroom & Delivered Material:
Any mismatch must be notified at the time of delivery and handled immediately. This will not be entertained after the OBD. If the customer desires the showroom material, it must be arranged and delivered accordingly.
Change of Mind During OBD:
If the customer changes their mind during OBD, they can change to their preferred model with applicable delivery charges (₹50/100).
Delivery Capacity:
- A maximum of 2 pieces can be delivered in a small vehicle.
- For 3 or more pieces, a bigger vehicle will be used.
Delivery Charges:
- Delivery of 1 or 2 pieces is free.
- For more than 2 pieces, delivery charges will apply based on the distance.
Exceptions for Free Delivery:
Certain bulky office chair models (DF-14, DC-220A, DC-323, DF-173, DF-131, DF-143, and DF-162) are always chargeable for delivery, regardless of quantity or distance.
