Returns & Replacements Policy

Please review our Returns and Replacement Policy below.

 

  1. Returns:
    • a. Eligibility:
      • Items must be unused, in the original packaging.
      • It must be delivered by us, return is void for products not delivered by us.
      • Return requests must be made within 5 days of purchase.
      • We will not entertain any returns or replacements after 5 days from the date of the invoice.
    • b. Initiating a Return:
      • Contact our customer service at 8794-576-226.
      • Please provide the invoice and also the reason for the return.
    • c. Return Shipping:
      • Except for defective products or issues from Lengliim end, customers must pay for shipping costs (refer to Shipping Charges Policy).
    • d. Refund Process:
      • Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be processed within 5 business days in your payment method.
    • e. Gift Purchases:
      • Gift purchases must also be reported within 5 days, same as (a).
  2. Replacements:
    • a. Defective or Damaged Items:
      • Report issues within 5 days of receipt.
      • We’ll guide you through the return process and send a replacement.
    • b. Incorrect Items Received:
      • Notify us immediately.
      • Return the incorrect item, and we’ll send the correct one.
    • c. Self-Delivery & Installation:

      • Lengliim is not responsible for any post-sale issues if delivery and installation are not handled by us – during working hours.
  3. Exclusions:
    • Furniture must be inspected and requested for return at the time of purchase.
    • Certain items – Godrej Interio products – are not eligible for return unless defective.
