Complimentary Local Delivery

Lengliim offers complimentary delivery to customers located within the municipal town or city limits where a physical Lengliim store is operational. This benefit is automatically applied at checkout based on your provided delivery pin code or address.

Out-of-Area Shipping

For deliveries to locations within the same state where a physical Lengliim store is not present, additional shipping charges will apply. These charges are subject to current market rates provided by our logistics partners and will be calculated at checkout. 

Please note that delivery across state or national boundaries is currently not possible.

Processing and Timelines

Once an order is placed, our team works diligently to prepare your items for dispatch.

• Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.
• Local Delivery Time: Orders within free delivery zones are usually delivered on the same day.
• Standard Shipping Time: Delivery times for out-of-area orders vary by location but generally range from 5-7 business days.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a notification containing your tracking information.

Delivery Verification

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and complete. Lengliim is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. A signature or verification code may be required upon delivery to ensure your package is received safely.
