Your information, handled with care.

When you contact us or express interest in a role, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, enquiry category and message.

When you apply for a job, we collect the application details in the form, including your contact information, location, experience, availability, optional links and cover note, and your CV.

We collect first-party, daily totals for page visits, loading speed, responsiveness, layout stability, broad error categories and completed form types. Measurements use fixed page and device groups, so they cannot build a browsing history for an individual.

Performance analytics do not store IP addresses, cookies, visitor or session IDs, referrers, query strings, error messages, form contents or exact device details. We retain these aggregate measurements for up to 180 days.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, browser performance reporting is disabled.

We use application information to assess candidates and manage recruitment. Access is limited to authorised Lengliim hiring staff, and CVs are kept in private cloud storage.

We keep application information for 180 days by default, then delete it under our retention process unless we need to keep it for a lawful reason or you agree to a longer period.

You can ask to access or delete your application information by emailing mail@lengliim.com.

Website form submissions are delivered to Lengliim’s organisation email inbox. Anonymous performance totals help us find slow or unreliable parts of the website. We do not sell personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

To update or remove information you sent through this site, email mail@lengliim.com.

Project enquiries include contact and organisation details, project requirements, selected products and any files you choose to send. We use these to assess your requirements, prepare proposals and follow up with you.

Project files are stored privately. Only authorised administrators can download them through temporary links. Notification emails direct staff to the protected enquiry record.

Unsubmitted file uploads expire after 24 hours and are removed by scheduled maintenance. Submitted project information is retained for follow-up and project administration; contact mail@lengliim.com to request access, correction or deletion.

Your selected products are stored in your browser for the current tab session. This selection does not contain your contact details and is cleared after a successful enquiry.
